Delivery & Packaging

Each bouquet is carefully wrapped in natural brown paper and placed in a protective paper carrier. The stems are secured in a water-filled aqua pack to keep your flowers fresh and hydrated while in transit.

Your personal message will be handwritten on a small folded card and attached to the bouquet packaging for a thoughtful finishing touch.

If the recipient isn't home, a delivery card will be posted through their door and we'll do our best to leave the bouquet safely with a neighbour where possible.

MOTHER'S DAY

Mother's Day Delivery

To ensure every stem is as fresh as possible, we have a specific delivery schedule for the Mothering Sunday weekend:

Delivery Dates: We will be out on the road delivering on the morning of Sunday 22nd March.

Pre-Order Deadline: Please place your order by 2pm on Friday 13th March to guarantee your chosen design.

VALENTINE'S DAY

Valentine's Day Delivery

On 14th February, deliveries will be made between 10am and 2pm. While we're unable to guarantee exact delivery times within this window, every effort will be made to ensure your flowers arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

RETURNS

Returns & Refunds

Fresh flowers cannot be returned. Because our seasonal bouquets are perishable, we're unable to accept returns on delivered flowers. However, your satisfaction matters to us โ€” if there is a problem with your bouquet when it arrives (e.g. damaged, wilted, or not as described), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may require photographs to support any claim so we can investigate promptly.

Email us at alex@fashionedflowers.com as soon as you receive your order if you have any concerns. We'll do our best to resolve the situation and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit.

Workshop tickets: If you have purchased a workshop ticket or had one purchased for you, we are unable to issue refunds within 14 days of the event. For cancellations outside that window, please contact us to discuss.

Non-refundable items: Sale items and gift cards (where applicable) cannot be refunded.

This policy is modelled on floristry industry practice and is designed to be fair to both you and us, given the nature of fresh flowers.
