1. What are cookies?
Cookies and similar browser technologies store information on your device. They can help a website work, remember your choices, understand how it is used and measure advertising.
2. How we use cookies
We use Essential, Functional, Analytics and Marketing technologies. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are only used after you give us permission. Optional Functional features also require your permission.
Functional, Analytics and Marketing are off by default. Browsing, scrolling or ignoring the banner does not give permission.
3. Essential
Essential technologies support the website’s operation and remember your cookie choices. Strictly necessary Ticket Tailor checkout technologies may also support secure ticket ordering; this does not include optional analytics or advertising. We store your preference in first-party browser storage (localStorage) under fashionedflowers_consent. This entry is used only to remember your preferences, not for advertising or profiling.
Your choice is valid for up to six months, after which we ask again on a subsequent visit. The browser entry may remain until it is replaced or you clear it, but we do not use an expired choice to enable optional tracking. If your browser cannot save the preference, your choice applies only to the current page.
4. Functional
Our optional WhatsApp contact widget is supplied through Zoho and loads only after Functional consent. Loading it may involve communication with third-party services, which may process information under their own privacy terms. See Zoho’s privacy information. The widget is not required to browse, book tickets or contact us by email.
5. Analytics
Google Analytics is only enabled after Analytics consent. It helps us understand which pages people visit and how they move around the site, including workshop booking clicks and completed purchases. We use aggregated and usage-level information to improve the website and understand its performance, not to directly identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and related Google Analytics cookies. Read Google’s privacy information and cookie information for details of Google’s processing.
6. Marketing
Meta Pixel is only enabled after Marketing consent. It helps us measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising by recording events such as page views, booking clicks and completed purchases. This helps us understand whether advertising leads to website visits or bookings.
Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and process information under its own terms. See Meta’s privacy information and cookie information. Meta Pixel does not provide us with your name, email address or private Facebook or Instagram account information.
For workshop confirmations, we use first-party localStorage keyed by the Ticket Tailor order ID to help avoid reporting the same purchase repeatedly to Google or Meta. We store only separate vendor attempt timestamps and a record version, valid for 90 days, and clean expired records on later confirmation visits. This cannot prevent duplicates across different browsers or devices. Purchase events use order and workshop information; our tracking code does not add names, email addresses or phone numbers to these events.
7. Your choices
You can choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage to choose Functional, Analytics and Marketing separately. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent normal browsing or booking. The optional WhatsApp widget remains unavailable without Functional consent; you can still contact us by email.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Closing the preferences panel without saving does not change your choices.
8. Withdrawing consent
When you withdraw consent, we stop sending future Analytics or Marketing events from the website for that category. We also attempt to remove relevant first-party analytics or marketing cookies that the site can control.
We cannot recall information already sent or remove cookies on another provider’s domain. Third-party providers may retain information already received according to their own policies. If the WhatsApp widget has loaded, withdrawing Functional consent refreshes the page to remove it.
You can also block or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
9. Third-party services
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel operate as described above. Other services may have their own cookies, storage and privacy terms:
Stripe
Provider: Stripe, Inc.
Purpose: Where we offer a Stripe payment link, opening it takes you to Stripe’s payment service, which may use cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention.
Data: Payment session data; we do not see or store card details.

Ticket Tailor
Provider: Ticket Tailor
Purpose: Our workshop booking widgets load content from Ticket Tailor, and booking links may open or redirect to its website. Ticket Tailor may use its own cookies or technologies under its own policies. Necessary checkout cookies may support basket, order and payment functionality; we do not treat these as advertising consent or block checkout when optional consent is rejected. Optional tracking within Ticket Tailor requires appropriate consent through its own controls. We do not pass an automatic tracking-consent grant to Ticket Tailor. Its service operates under its own privacy and cookie terms, and our banner does not control cookies on its website.

Zoho WhatsApp Widget
Provider: Zoho Corporation
Purpose: Our WhatsApp chat button is powered by Zoho and loads only after Functional consent. Zoho may set cookies for the widget functionality. Withdrawing Functional consent refreshes the page if the widget has loaded, removing the plugin. We cannot remove cookies on Zoho or WhatsApp domains.
Data: Widget usage; chat content handled per WhatsApp/Zoho policies.

Font Awesome (Cloudflare CDN)
Provider: Cloudflare / Font Awesome
Purpose: To load icon fonts. The provider may log requests when delivering these files.
Data: Request information, such as IP address and delivery logs.

Provider: Google LLC
Purpose: To load web fonts (e.g. Open Sans). Google may log font requests.
Data: Typically IP and referrer; see Google Privacy.
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change our integrations or practices. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
